Members are $10 & guests are $12.  Our day is usually held on the third Wednesday of the month at 1pm & we have a guest speaker followed by a casual afternoon tea. SUMMARY:Time Trials 2018
DESCRIPTION:Time Trialling\n\n\n2018 Time Trials \nTime trialling is now in its 16th (2018) season at MOFSC\, these events are designed to get your boat out there during the winter\, but more importantly to get out there and socialise. All courses start at the first spit post past the old bridge and then run on the inland water of the estuary out to Science platform and return through the estuary to finish where the event started. Any craft capable of navigating under engine power at a speed between 5 and 15 knots may participate. \nOther Club members can be involved in time trialling as volunteers to help with the running of the events. All tasks are simple. Checkpoints are at spit posts in the Estuary with some checkpoint crews working from land whilst others are out on the water. Each team comprises a Sighter\, a Timekeeper and a Recorder. \nEvents are held on alternate Saturdays with the results announced back at the Marina Bar after the event. \nFor more information\, please visit our Time Trialling page

He is the author of two text books and regularly delivers expert testimony in Court in cases involving drug-related deaths\, alcohol-associated traffic crashes and drug-assisted sexual assault. \nThe Dolphin Ladies Circle enjoy a wide range of activities each month and whether it’s informative or active it’s always fun and sociable. Come along and expand your social circle or catch up with friends. \nLadies\, We would like to see you at the Dolphin Ladies Circle afternoons. If you are a member of the MOFSC you are welcome to come along . You are also welcome to bring a guest if you like. There is no requirement to “join” the group or to attend regularly. SUMMARY:Tackers 1 Course - Kids Learn to Sail - April School Holidays
DESCRIPTION:Tackers is an introductory\, fun\, games based sailing program designed for primary school aged kids. Kids don’t need to have any prior sailing experience and we will provide all the equipment. \nTackers involves 20 hours of participation over a series of sessions\, each kid receives a Tacker kit and a certificate of achievement upon completion. Tackers instructors are young\, energetic\, love sailing and have gained Yachting Australia accreditation. \nAll the equipment\, including the boats\, is provided along with Yachting Australia qualified Instructors and Assistant Instructors\, a Tackers t-shirt\, Tackers drink bottle\, Tackers cap and on the last day a BBQ to celebrate achievements and to hand out certificates. \nThere are three levels that kids can progress through: \n\nTackers 1 – Having Fun\n\nTackers 2 – Tricks & Techniques\nTackers 3 – Sailing Fast!\n\nIn Tackers 1 – Having Fun\, kids sail in pairs in small boats. DESCRIPTION:This year’s Halls Head Classic\, from Fremantle Sailing Club to MOFSC (and back\, for most) is set for Sat 10th March.\nBuilding on from last year\, the FSC Cruising Group is preparing a “Halls Head Rally”\, for interested boats to accompany the Racing Fleet on a modified course from Fremantle to Mandurah.\nRallying cruisers would leave from the same starting line\, but ahead of the racing fleet\, and would turn inshore at the Warnbro Leads before heading to MOFSC whereas the racers will sail outside and turn inshore at Horseshoe Reef or James Service (more details to follow once made available by FSC).\nAll MOFSC keelboats that meet DOT requirements are welcome to join.
