DESCRIPTION:Let’s Learn Yoga \nCommences: Saturday 27th August\n9am  Saturday Mornings in the Dolphin View Room\n$5 Members | $10 Non Members \nTRY OUR FIRST CLASS FOR FREE\nFor Beginners of all ages & abilities\, this is an introduction to yoga for people with no previous experience\, seniors and people who want to learn in a gentle\, and slow paced environment. \nThe first  12 weeks we will focus on ‘Chair Yoga’ which is ideal for seniors\, people with disabilities and is a  great way to start for people who may not be able to get down on the floor. \nFollowed by our ‘Relax Into Yoga’ sessions which will commence in December and will be held  on the Marina lawn. \nClass schedule/dates \nPhone the office to book today: 9535 6251
