TRY OUR FIRST CLASS FOR FREE
For Beginners of all ages & abilities, this is an introduction to yoga for people with no previous experience, seniors and people who want to learn in a gentle, and slow paced environment.

The first  12 weeks we will focus on ‘Chair Yoga’ which is ideal for seniors, people with disabilities and is a  great way to start for people who may not be able to get down on the floor.

Followed by our ‘Relax Into Yoga’ sessions which will commence in December and will be held  on the Marina lawn.
